How do i remove the right sidebar *only* for the forum??

My site displays both the left and right sidebars all the time... as you would expect.

However, when the forum module is visited, i would like the right sidebar to be removed. It can then be displayed again when a module other than the forum is visited.

If possible, i would like to move one of the blocks from the right, over to the left when this happens, but this isn't essential.

Does anyone know if this can be done? Please let me know...

Go to Administration > System Admin > Blocks

You can select for every block in what pages they should be displayed. Top Page, All pages or only on several modules. You can select more than one module by clicking CTRL!

blocks have positions irrespectively of the module - so you cannot set a block to be center-center in one module and left in another. All you can set is which modules it is visible in

chapi - thank you! it worked perfectly

MithyT2 - this is very true, as i have now discovered, but i had a workaround for my particular site. The block that i wanted on the right sometimes, and the left at other times was a custom block, so i just created a new block and put in the same contents as the last one i then set one to be on the right for all pages except the forum, and i set the duplicate one to be on the left for the forum only.

works perfectly as well
