Ok here's the problem and the couple things i want to know.

1) What are all the tags?
2) How do i make the download page on main page centered!

How do i code module?

The result what i whant to see is that when anon user logs into my website he see's not the news but the download page with category's !

How do i make that ?

Use the Group settings in the System Admin. There you just give anon access to Download and Sections module by checking the box next to the module name, but uncheck the news module. .

If you mean the first page the user sees, when he enters the site - that is set in the "Module for your start page" setting in system admin->preferences->general settings
