In the News module, when using the printer-formatted page option, the bottom of the page includes a URL to the story location. The <a href...> points to the right place, but, the label text inside is incorrect and does not work.

Steps to reproduce:
Visit a news story, like this one...
https://xoops.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=1098

Click the printer icon to receive the printer formatted page.

At the bottom of the page, note that the <a href... > is correct and points to
https://xoops.org/modules/news/article.php?storyid=1098
but, the label text says
https://xoops.org/article.php?storyid=1098

(Note: I looked in the News templates to see if I could propose a fix for this... but, I didn't see a template for this there. Since it points to the news directory, I suspected it was a news template... but, maybe it is a system template. I'll look there next. Or, maybe it belongs to news, but, isn't exposed to the admin interface...)
