Here is a good site for adobe photoshop tutorials which I feel is a great source for new web designers to learn great tips on layouts etc

For photoshop tutorials also worth checking out Dr Ozone's hands on tutorials. Some great stuff in there, I love the 'glass' effect.

For a general web graphics headspin, check out his main site. This what happens when a serious artist gets seriously good at photoshop...some of his 'toys' are good fun too..
