I'll test Publisher and try to complete the dutch translation this weekend.

XMF is a framework Trabis was working on.

It is short for Xoops Module Framework and is intended to help with the creation of modules by doing alot of the work commonly needed by modules.

I believe someone else actually started working on it and Trabis continued that work.

That framework and the one from Red Mexico (RMCommons) are similar in their purpose. Hopefully once 2.6 is in a usable form we will see an official framework that is a combination of both Frameworks to help minimize code for modules.
