O.k. All is good You helped a lot I got all the blocks to work they way I want except for on the neozone theme. What I want to do is re-download it and reinstall it maybe I changed something I should not have or forgot to install something. A new problem is when I goto xoops.org and click the download link it says it downloaded the zip file but when I try and open "extract" it says there are no files to extract. what do you think this problem could be?

If that means you upgraded your site then you may have missed updating the system module. Not updating system module is often the cause for custom blocks not displaying.

I got another stupid newbe question. How do i get an iframe to open on the side block (or any other part of the page) automatically with having to click a link.

I don't know what you are trying to accomplish.
Can you explain more in detail what you want? (What the begin situation is, what should happen , what should appear, what the purpose is etc.)

Ok I have a iframe set up when some goes to my home page i wnt the to showup the first thing they see with out have to click anything to get there. In other words I need a block to open an iframe in the page not just but a link on the page and then (when clicked) opens the iframe. I have an php page on my server that I want to open as the content of my home page.
