Check these module installation tutorials. There might be a step you missed.

There is no OS argument she sayd i'm cool and this is true.I'm not a hippie and i only want to get my site up and running .I have problems loading modules (see above) and i didn't manage to get an answer in any of my posts,in this forum(complain?),just joking !Sophie,can i have your phone number ???
(Again just joking ... it will be a call from italy ... what a bill !!!)

I wouldn't waste your time with the MusicOnline or the MusicStore modules. Neither one works. The links are dead, it throws your theme out of wack etc.
