Maybe you can upload a php-file to your root with this content :

<?php
print getcwd ();
?>

Then go with your browser to your site, the php file will show your directory.
So when you make test.php with the content above, you go to :http://www.hrcrew.frandt.com/test.php

You likely have a very basic issue with setting up a web server. Try the test.php idea and if even that doesn't work you need to find someone to help you get started. Can I guess that the server is Windouhs?

You could also claim to be an atheist or something and Jesus can't forbid you.
