I need to expand my logo and it is currently at 180x46 or there abouts. I need to make it larger how do I accomplish this?

you'll find what you want in the theme.html file for whatever theme you're using.

I adjusted the file but it still is not showing correctly any ideas??

When you are editing your theme, it is a good idea to set the "Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory?" option in XOOPS to yes so that it automatically updates your XOOPS templates whenever you make a change. You can find this option in administration menu -> system admin -> preferences -> general settings .
