Hi, I'm looking for a software that tells me what does a visitor do when visiting my site:
what are the first place they go and the time they spend on each page. Is there a software capable of doing that?
The idea is inviting some people to visit the site and afterwards know what was the pad the followed.

I guess you would have to pay for such an analysis software - maybe big $. Haven't seen a decent opensource tool yet.

If just one or two visitors, the most reliable way maybe manually read the log file?

Is it possible to use it with xoops? it is a cgi.

PS the cheapest commercial one that I found was over 1000 usd per machine!!!

I have tested the script in a regular site and it gives you a very "understandable" results about how people go trough your site. I asked some friends to surf the site (at my premises) and I was able to visually record their moves (with vnc). I compared my results with the ones obtained with the axs script and they are vey similar. You can infer the pad the user follows so it would be very usefull to make analisys with many users.

i haven't realized yet if it can be used wit xoops, but I'm positive that such a tool would be very nice to have.
