what ipbm version u using??
in the readme file.. the 1st troubleshooting problem is:

Or something like this phrase word "user_stuff()"

that's all u need to do..
but in the current 1.4 version there shouldn't really be this problem unless a file got corrupted or it wasn't installed correctly..
