Sorry for this probably idiotic question...

I'm trying to publish a Block but I can only get it to show if I logg in with a user.
Can't seem to find the setting that controls if it should appear if I'm not logged in...

Another bonus question..
Looking for a module where the user can publish photos for for a weekly photocontest (vith a voting function) any ideas ?

You have to go to the admin panel and select 'groups' Here you have to click the 'anonymous' group and set a mark on the block you want to publish so that everyone can see it.

I can't answer the bonus question. sorry.

xcGallery could do the trick. Even though it is still a beta version and that all functionnalities are not implemented, thie module is, in my opinion, the best XOOPS gallery module available. And it does what you need : user submission (1 photo at a time) and voting function.
