Anyone tried RunCMS/E-xoops? What is the difference from Xoops??

After doing some research on this... XOOPS is better!

Could you explain what is the differencies between runcms / xoops?

As mithrandir said, do a search, this question was asked and answered a few times already.

And if you have to decide which one you like to use, simplay download both, test them, and go with the one you like more ...

I don't know much about runCMS anymore.

Main difference is that XOOPS uses Smarty templates and as far as I know, the group permissions are stronger in XOOPS, but I'm really not sure on differences apart from Smarty
