only 600mb data transfer for 1million visitors? are you sure you don't mean hits?

I am haveing a same problem. My site is using too much bandwidth.

Statistics for March 2005:

Visits: 42568
Bandwidth: 15.59 Gb

I think that this is too much. How can we change this ?

I recommend turning GZIP on. It should save a bit of bandwidth and its also a benefit for your users.

I use approximately 20-30GB bandwidth a month for my site.
