Help! What's this "Fatal error.."

My site works abnormality for about a week...

It says that:

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/usr/local/www/html/www.ppfans.com/kernel/object.php' (include_path='.:') in /usr/local/www/html/www.ppfans.com/include/common.php on line 78
Warning [PHP]: main(/usr/local/www/html/www.ppfans.com/kernel/object.php): failed to open stream: Too many open files in system in file include/common.php line 78


What's wrong with it?

Can any one help me

my host admin closed my site

He told me that my site takes too much cup usage

whttp://www.cwihosting.com is a good web host in my experience. Good service for a reasonable price.

Your host has issues. Sorry to see your having this kind of trouble. Even the lowest common denominator of host resellers include XOOPS with Cpanel for all it's customers. If your host can't handle just one installation of XOOPS then yes, you may want to consider moving.

but now the host changed apache to zues
