How to embadded user id and password in a URL for specific news?

If the offical news module is set to be accessed by a specific group of users, can I send a URL of a news to member with user id and password, so that they do not need to login for viewing the news.

For example, we can access FTP with "ftp://:@ftp.domain.com"

Simple answer: no, this is not possible. The password isn't a server password, it's a system password, stored as MD5 hash in the database.
