Our new XOOPS site is up athttp://www.jackvsjill.com

Wanted to know what you guys thought. We used the sopabox module for the articles, but other than that it's very simple XOOPS layout.

Looks awesome, I definately like the simple but very clear setup!

Same here. Simple, clean and easy to read.

A good example that sites don't have to use each and every module available to be a good site.

I agree Mithrandir, one thing I'm tryig to do myself is become a minimalist so that I'm not running modules/blocks that I don't need to. Another clean 7dana theme in action, good to see . Quite light too at only about 65k in 24http requests which loaded in 7.7 seconds for me.

Thanks guys...

Too many times I've seen new sites posted here with every single module activated without much direction for the site. I picked one goal to get to and built my site around that idea. Your feedback really makes me smile.

Looks good. I agree, placing every module and block on the front page is more then overkill, actually I can't describe or come up with a word for that sort of thing.

I do the same, use little, show lots, if that makes sense.

If you havn't already, please make a news submission to YAXS announcing your site.

Great work, fast, clean and refreshing
