Scripts not running on SOME pages

This is strange. All of the *.php files in my directory run except for:
notifications.php
logout.php
admin.php
These pages display the text of the script. They were running last week, and all the permissions appear to be correct. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.

That is weird . What webserver are you using?

Thank you for your post -- the problem is no longer there. I guess it is one of those things that disappear if you leave it alone for a couple of days.
