Theme for RCT/The Sims

I was wondering if there were any theme creators out there who could design one for me based on RollerCoaster Tycoon and The Sims. I am currently using the blue easy theme by Cowgar. I would like to stay with that kind of layout, but change the colors and add some different graphics. Thanks!
