Is there a way to make it so that forum posts are not made public until they have been reviewed by a moderator?

I would like to have this functionality on a per forum basis. Some forums would need it while others are just made public (maybe the post defaults to an approved status or something for select forums).

Maybe something similar to the private forum on this site for Holding.

I'd also like to have it show up in the Waiting Contents block.
