First off... how do I change my site's logo? (not the banner)

second... I have no idea how to install this theme... I have seen that you have to install it in a dir using ftp or something but I don't understand (I'm kinda slow). I need a step by step guide... please help

i think i can help on question 2

Ok log onto your FTP ( i use WS_FTP very easy to use ) , on there go through your folders thats on your database NOT the folders thats on your harddrive , locate the "theme" folder go into that , then upload the theme u want into that folder. When that is done go onto your site and go into the admin menu , click the "system" button the go onto preferences then general settings once u are in there scroll down the page into u see "default theme" change it to the one u want then click "go" at the bottom of the page , when u go onto your home game u should see the new theme

WPCBlaze has it mostly for question 2. Just to make sure we dont confuse you, dont go into your database, go into you web host's server which you should be able to to through, like he says ws_ftp or something similar.

For the first question, unless you want to go round editing your scripts, what i suggest you do is go through your ftp to yoursite.com/themes/default and find logo.gif. Where your logo is, save it as logo.gif and replace this one. Remember that your logo has to be 150x80 pixels. If you still dont understand then send me a pm and i will do it for you.
