How can I make Sections content and the menu visible to all?

Hi,

Just installed Xoops.

I want to use it to help me publish my technology reviews and associated news.

I don't seem to be able to make the menu and then the sections content available to all users - anonymous.

I only want people to register for the forum etc.

I think I've made teh right settings within the blocks section but I still can't see the menu (other than home) when I'm anonymous.

Help!

system admin -> groups. Edit the access rights for the modules and blocks for each group there.
