What's with the unload file in Invision Powered File Manager Mod?

It appears to be an html page and when you launch it, it shows a bunch of Windows files being deleted. Why and what is this thing doing in this mod package?

It also launches another window full screen that requires you to alt+F4 it to close it.

Well, needless to say, I'm not using this mod.

Good catch. That file does taint the module and make it suspect. Although, I did a search through the files and didn't find any links that would trigger unload.html.

I launched it myself to find out what it was, that's when I ...well, found out what it was lol.
