A few questions, mainly to do with the blocks visible to anonymous:
Waiting contents? Should only be visible to webmasters, who can actually approve things (IMO - some like it as an indicator of traffic, though)
Private forums? That one should be for registered users only (again, only my opinion - but who else's opinion would I write?
)
Maybe a little too many blocks on the front page - and I normally place a center-right block for all center-left blocks to give some symmetri.
Right block width is a bit too wide, I think.
Apart from that, it's a very decent site indeed. Keep up the good work
