I am having a bit of trouble with my XOOPS site http://www.williams.phplounge.com/html , firstly the poll doesnt seem to me working has anyone else had any trouble with the polls section.
Also some people have said to me that they can not sign up on the site. When they go to register it says user can not be registered!

Can anyone help me?

Are those users running software firewalls like zonealarm? If so, have them add your XOOPS powered site to the trusted sites list. Also, check your user info settings in your system admin -> preferences page, to make sure everything is set the way you want it to be.

As for the polls module, you can see it works fine here, so you'll have to be a bit more specific about what isn't working... Also, turn on php-debug (found in system admin -> prefernces -> general setings) to see if there are any real errors.

When i try and edit the polls section i get the following error ,message

'Parse error: parse error in /home/williams/public_html/html/modules/xoopspoll/admin/index.php on line 332'

any ideas?
