How to change alignment of logo

I'd like to change the alignment of the logo to the right side of the header bar. I've tried everything I can think of but it just won't seem to move. Any ideas?

go to theme.html file in your theme directory
then put dir=rtl code in your header table this table is instantly above the code "<{$xoops_imageurl}>a-logo.gif"
just add to table like this:
<table dir=rtl ..... >

Ooops...I had the update template seto off in the set up...thanks for your help
