Hi, I recently install XOOPS but I can send confirm email letter to applicants. Please tell me how to fix this problems. Thanks!!

Is the webserver properly configured for sending mails?

Do you get any error messages?

anything?

I am having the same problem. It is just a test box with win2k3 and IIS 6.0. I am eventually going to move it to a Linux box with Apache. The error I am getting is:

Could not execute (mail server)
Could not send mail to (username)

I do not want to have to install mail service to this machine if possible. Is there a way to set it up to email through a different email server or does it have to be sent from the webserver?
