Is there a way to let unreigstered visitors vote?

I did /Edit Groups and grand them Block acces Rights, and they can SEE the poll, but not vote, nor look at the results (message no permission). Am I missing tsomething or should this be enough?

OK something went wrong...
I changed language to Dutch and I have an extra option Acces control were Cote was unmarked. Fixed!
