New Block How do I?

I'm still very new to XOOPS all I would like to know is if it is posible to create a ne block like the login block that only shows when the user is not loged in?

Thanks for any help

Any block you make as a custom block or is within a module can be made visible to whatever group you wish.

Check Administration Menu -> System Admin -> Blocks

The Blocks Admin only gives my the option of visible yes, no, I can't find anything about groups.

That's in
System Admin -> Groups -> [Select Group] Modify

Then tick off or on the boxes for blocks.
