Exactly what the title says! We have this new CoD clan site up and some ppl must not be happy about it! Our site has been hacked twice and shut down! Now its more of a pain in the u kno where! Is there anything we can do to stop this? This has happened twice now a day apart! UGH HELP ME PLZ!! if u can

What exactly do you mean by 'has been hacked'?

They get access and in turn crash the site! I kno its someone hacking it cuz I have another site with the same hoster and it doesnt go down. How is this possible? Its just a long process waiting for the text guy to find the problem! Site ends up being down for like hrs on end. I could reload my last backup file instead of waiting I guess! I never had this problem b4 till now with this site!

Get access how? Get access to what... administrator privilege? Have you set a 'difficult' password? Do you log out after you have been signed into the administrator account? What does "crash the site" mean? Do they just vandalize by posting offensive content in e.g. the forums?

It could also be a security problem with your hoster. I don't know anything about them, but if they are poorly set up it is possible for someone to read your mainfile.php containing MySQL user/password info, and perhaps attack the site that way.

If you can provide *much* more specific details on what is going wrong, we can try and help figure out how to prevent it. THanks

I will get the report from the tech guy and let u kno! Sorry I am a noob with this! I kno my hoster is good I have had three sites with him and this is the only time I had a problem, its a new site too!
