how do i upgrade?
just copy the folder and replace the one on my server?
configure main.php?

Yes I just copied the files and overwrote the files and it worked.. toke..60 seconds

Best thing to do is upload all new files without uploading the mainfile.php , then u have nothing 2 configure.

well if u have any problems all u need 2 do is edit mainfile.php to your correct server settings.
