Hi everybody..
I would like to change, "width" and "height" and may be bgcolor on my Themes Display Box, but i do not know how.
Any ideas..

edit the system_themes_block.html template by going to the system admin -> template manager, your current template set (if it is still the Default template set, then clone it before you edit it, because you can't edit the default set), and then look undet system templates, scroll down to blocks

I did follow your tip and i've got as far as system_blocks_themes.html and i get this
