Yes I'm a newbie into Xoops...
So I think my question is simple for standard users

I don't find how to edit for instance the index menu for a logged or not user to customize it...

go to system admin -> groups and that's where you can edit what groups can see/access and administrate what module. This willalso be used in the main menu.
