If you want to let people download the videos, then a better module is one for downloads, e.g. tdmDownloads or wfDownloads.
In XoopsTube, you can provide links (e.g. to YouTube) videos, or upload your own videos, but the user can't download videos.
Of course, you could use both of them, and provide links to each other, i.e. in wfDownloads you would provide a link to XoopsTube to watch the video, and in XoopsTube you could provide a link to wfDownloads for people to download it.
