how do i sort the list of the module in the menu alphabetically in the XOOPS Administration Panel?



just like in the sub menu

is there any hack ? i Got a lot list of module, would be easy if it is sorted alphabetically

I am not aware of any, but if nomebody doesn't come up with a hack for it, please submit a request for XOOPS 2.6.0.

Currently we sort by "weight", so you can can "drag and drop" the modules up and down in:

/modules/system/admin.php?fct=modulesadmin

and the the menu in the Front-end on the user side reflect it then. But strangely enough, the Admin menu doesn't reflect it, so I guess we'll need to look into it.

But I think, it's a good idea to be able to select a default sorting (by weight or by alphabet, and then select between ascending or descending order) ...
