ok

have you selected a category when importing the emails?

if you look under "Categories-Subscribers" you should see the category and the number of subscribers to this cat (should be then 20000)

if you try to send a Newsletter to all subcribers, is there any error in protocol, or any error in debug mode?

I had a similar situation. The test was working fine, but when I tried send the newsletter to the whole group, I got this:

Quote:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@xxx.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Unfortunately, I don't have to access to the error log, so I'll need to do it on a server where I have access, hopefully sometime this week.

BTW - originally I didn't set the account. I've created it only after I've already imported the users into a category. I don't know if this had any impact....
