i am a new user for xoops
i have installed Publisher 1 RC (2011/11/17) downloaded from SVN "trunk" , the issue is below :
i can create categories , but when trying to add a new article i got the error below

"sorry, it wasn't possible to create the article"

here is my system info:
xoops version : 2.5.6
PHP Version 5.4.14
My SQL : 5.6.11
Server : IIS 7.5 on windows server 2008 R2

the idea is , when i changed the submit.php with an older one it worked , but still having some issues like redirect after editing or adding a new article , as well as some other issues

any ideas?!

I never work with ISS, so I don't know, but if I remember correctly, there might be some issues with permissions on ISS - see here
