I am using xoops 2.5.5.

A user registered, but they are not in the list of registered users. They are not in the database or the control panel user management. It says that there are 2 users, but there is only 1 user listed and that is admin. I've searched all over and can't find the other user. Is there a way to fix this?

It is because you as Webmaster are in two groups:

- Webmaster
- Registered user

and XOOPS counts user by group and adds them.

I think, Nicolas was going to work on this to change the query to count only unique users, but I am not sure how far he got with it.

Its strange to me.
Almost 500 users in my website are belong to more than 6 or 7 groups but i cannot see any issue in total users.
where do you see the total users?
