putting news/fm/ams article content in a block

i have an article in fm content eg: /modules/fmcontent/content.php?topic=trophies&id=11&page=jim-t

i would like to display that article in a block.

is that possible.. and if so, how would i go about doing it?
(note: i am not a programer.. so the more precise the detail the better please)

FmContent has a Content page block for that. It contains a dropdown menu for choosing the article to show.

using "mytabs". which is what i want to do
I see i can select an article from there... me dim wit.

I madehttp://www.nlxoops.nl/modules/xoops/ with the combination mytabs/fmcontent. Works like a charm

useing content page... seems to only use the first part,,, not the whole article... rats
or am i being a dim wit again ?
