Help with Pedigree Module

I have a pedigree module for Xoops and have no idea about programming, programmers who have helped in the past have disappeared
I have some tasks i would like to implement on our database but have no idea, the first basic task i want to do is add new fields

Can someone please help or I am willing to pay a programmer to help/teach me
