I tried installing a brand new xoops via GoDaddy three times and got installation errors. So I then decided to do a regular install via ftp to my server.

Now I get a 404 error and when I check the checksum.php it says a ton of files from the htdocs folder are missing. I had the htdocs on the root folder on my server and also tried moving it to the site's root folder and still got the same thing. In both places I tried it named htdocs and also renamed to xoops.
