I've got a User that is creating a lot of problems on my Xoops 2.5.2 forum.

How can I block this user?
If I delete his account, he will just re-register with another name.

I suggest you first install xortify, normally a user like this has been predetected by the honeypots on the web, so they are flagged for spam. If this doesnt work, you can also just block there IP with Xortify and Protector by putting the IP in the Bad IPs section of protector.
