HI steve, thanks for blogging this error report. I would love if someone could point me in the direction of why the blocks in xcenter aren't working in 2.5.. As they do work in 2.4 without any problems and I can't see anything immediately that has changed to cause this.

Please download the latest copy of 2.15 from chronolabs, this has the blocks fixed. Turned out the block file runtimes had the wrong filename, from the clone from content module.
