May be off-topic but you can get xnews feed with RSSFIT, see here

but it's not good for the file backend.php, if I install the RSS module.
The file backend.php does not work same.

Ok, I installed this module and need the RSS feature otherwise I have to go back to news 1.66.

Do we have a solution to this problem yet?

I will look at using RSSfit but that is not really a good solution?

I have installed both, but I think we go a solution in the next version of xnews for this

I just use .htaccess and delete backend.php... mod rewrite ^backend.php to /modules/xnews/backendt.php

But shouldn't I be able to go to the backendt.php directly and it work?

I am trying to use RSS to send my news to facebook and when I access backendt.php it comes up with a blank screen.

No RSS feed or anything?

xnews 1.71
xoops 2.4.5

When I turn on debug I get nothing and I turn off protector and nothing different. Still a blank screen.

Hmm how odd I fixed that in 1.67, I also suggest you use xreaggregator to put the snoop into your facebook page with something like www.twitterfeed.com
