I can't find where are localization files for this admin gui.
BTW, translation of 2.5.0 is finally over, I just wanna add this admin part and then upload it.

EDIT: I found it in \htdocs\modules\system\themes\default

GUI Oxigen is the theme administration panel by default.

\modules\system\themes\default\language\
