Where can I set the redirection time for the redirect page?

Which one? The redirect time is different for every occurance. Look in the php code used before the redirect occurs.

Find this code and modify the second variable.
le="color: #000000"><?php example: redirect_header($redirecturl, $time, $message); redirect_header('index.php', 5, _US_NOPERMISS);
