xoops 2.4.5 and wfdownloads error

Could someone help me out?
In wfdownloads (latest version) I get this error when selecting a "modified" in the admin panel

Fatal error: Call to a member function getVar() on a non-object in /home/pinchecl/public_html/modules/wfdownloads/admin/modifications.php on line 41

In the previous xoops no problems. One more difference: in the previous version, when selecting "modified" I got a choice out of a couple ofoptions. Now all I get is "view".

Xoops 2.4.5 (update package including editors)
php 5.2.9
wfdownloads 3.2.010

Do you only get this when there are new modifications, or does this happen to you all the time?

Only when there are modifications. And only when I want to admin them.
