Why Xoops sites loading slow.

alexa.com says about my website ;

your site is very slowly.

But I dont know why it is slow.

and xoops.org loading slowly like my website.

do you have an iade ? And we have anything to do?

Did you turn off template modifications in system/prefs? Also, did you cached modules and blocks?

Is your page loading third party content (some widgets as wheater, counters, ... can be slowing down page load)?
Did you not exagerate with blocks?
Is it the front page that is loading slow or all pages?
Check the server CPU load in your site admin panel (maybe other sites on the server are overloading it).
If you put debug on, you can see some timings.
