1) I also had to add <{$xoops_url}> in line 15 in slider_block_index.html:



The original line:



works fine for Websites that have a direct URL:

http://mysite.com

But if I have an installation in a subdirectory:

http://mysite.com/testing

it fails, as it still points to site's direct URL

2) The date should be set to today's date. Right now it's 1970 on my PC>

OK, and now a Wishlist:

* add selection of Editors, so I can use WYSIWYG editor like the TinyMCE

* Add comments options

* avoid stretching of images - they should be resized proportionally (on the Website, as well as in the Admin)

* add in Admin an option to define the size of the "Slider" (width + height)

* add in Admin option to resize the Slider automatically based on the size of the picture and text. For example, it could be 60:40 ratio of picture and text, with the picture no wider than X pixels, or XYZ % of the theme width

This Slider looks very promising!!!

i will add the fixes and update the package as soon as i can. As for the wishlist i'll see what i can do :) there are some stuff i'd like to add myself. This is a very basic version of the module. Already working on v.1 . Thanks for the feedback and for testing it.
