I would like a green and black theme, I would like Black to be the back ground color and lime green to me the text color.

You can do two things.
Edit your current theme by replacing colour values in the css files and graphics.
Choose another theme (eg matrix?) with the more right colours from the theme library.

Or try: Gameportal by Mariane, and customise CSS as Ghia said!
